Sitting at my desk for hours, blogging. It's time to stretch! Today, my back is burning. To relieve the pain in my back I found this yoga video. It is a intermediate level yoga vinyasa flow 40 minute workout.
This video has a lot of unique positions and flow sequences. I had to add in more downward dogs to really help stretch out my back. Consider this video more of a workout than a stretch session.
